Lancaster Colony Corp. (LANC) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.38 per share, an increase from $0.36 per share, on the company's common stock, marking 50 consecutive years of increasing regular cash dividends. The dividend will be payable December 28, 2012 to shareholders of record on December 10, 2012.
