MAP Pharmaceuticals Inc. (MAPP) announced after the bell Wednesday that its New Drug Application resubmission for LEVADEX orally inhaled migraine drug, for the potential acute treatment of migraine in adults, has been accepted for filing by the FDA.
MAP Pharmaceuticals gapped up sharply Friday and climbed in early trade, before settling into a range. The stock closed up by 2.60 at $15.42, with volume at over a 2-month high. MAP Pharmaceuticals jumped to a 2-week high and re-crossed both its 50 and 200-day moving averages.
