The company announced that Pimavanserin has met the primary endpoint in the Phase III trial by showing highly significant antipsychotic efficacy as measured using the 9-item SAPS-PD scale. Pimavanserin also met the key secondary endpoint for motoric tolerability as measured using Parts II and III of the Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale.
Generac Holdings Inc. (GNRC) is gaining 6 percent to $34.10. The company announced the withdrawal of secondary offering of shares of its common stock due to market conditions. Yesterday, the company announced secondary offering of 11.50 million shares by certain selling stockholders, including funds affiliated with CCMP Capital and members of company's board and senior management.

Thor Industries Inc. (THO) is falling 8 percent to $40.00. The company's first quarter profit and sales improved from the same period previous year, but were below Wall Street view.
