UTi Worldwide Inc. (UTIW) reported third quarter adjusted net income of $0.19 per share Thursday morning, down from $0.28 per share a year ago. The consensus estimate was for EPS of $0.25.
UTi Worldwide gapped down Thursday and spiked lower in early trade. The stock slipped further late in the morning and closed down by 1.15 at $12.88 on the highest volume of the year. UTi Worldwide closed testing support at the lows of the year, trading at a 4-month low.
