Regal Beloit Corp. (RBC) announced after the close Wednesday that it has commenced a public offering of 2,750,000 shares of common stock. The stock is now down 2.49 on 23K shares.
Regal Beloit climbed above Wednesday's range going into the close and finished up by 0.59 at $70.24. The stock rose to a 2 1/2 month high.
