Real estate investment and services firm Kennedy Wilson. (KW), on Friday announced the acquisition of Harrington Square, a 217-unit multifamily community in Renton, Washington for $41 million.
Kennedy Wilson will invest $15 million of equity in the transaction with the remaining, $26 million, financed by Fannie Mae at 3.35 percent, fixed for ten years.
With the acquisition, the company now owns nine apartment communities in the Pacific Northwest market, which total more than 3,000 units, Kennedy Wilson said in a statement.
