RAIT Financial Trust (RAS) said Tuesday that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 9 million common shares at a public offering price of $5.75 per share.
The company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1.35 million additional common shares.
The offering is expected to close on December 21.
The company plans to use the net proceeds of the offering to make investments relating to its business and for general corporate purposes.
