Forest Laboratories, Inc. (FRX) announced Thursday that its Canadian subsidiary, Forest Laboratories Canada Inc. has received a Notice of Compliance from Health Canada for Bystolic (nebivolol) tablets, a once daily beta blocker for the treatment of hypertension.
Bystolic is expected to be available to Canadian patients in the second-quarter of 2013.
