Healthcare giant Merck & Co., Inc. (MRK) is due to post its fourth quarter results. The whitehouse Station, New Jersey-based company's earnings are expected to decline to $0.81 per share from $0.97 per share reported a year earlier. S&P 500 component Newell Rubbermaid Inc. (NWL) is slated to report results for the fourth quarter before the bell. The marketer of consumer and commercial products is expected to report earnings of $0.42 per share, on revenue of $1.52 billion. Meat products maker Tyson Foods Inc. (TSN) is set to announce its first quarter results. Earnings for the period are anticiapted to remain flat at $0.42 per share, while revenues are projected to increase to $8.60 billion from $8.33 billion in the prior year quarter.
