Wabtec Corp. (WAB) reported fourth quarter net income of $1.34 per share Tuesday morning, up from $0.96 per share in the prior year. The consensus estimate was for EPS of $1.31. Full year 2013 EPS is expected to be $5.85, which is above the consensus estimate of $5.81.
Wabtec has been rising since the open of trade Tuesday and is now up 3.11 at $98.60. The stock has climbed above a 2-week range and has set a new high for the year.
