Sealed Air Corp. (SEE) reported fourth quarter adjusted earnings per share from continuing operations of $0.34 Tuesday morning, up from $0.06 per share a year ago. The consensus estimate was for EPS of $0.29. Full year 2013 adjusted EPS is expected to be between $1.10 and $1.20, compared to the consensus estimate of $1.25.
Sealed Air rose sharply in early trade Tuesday, before settling into a range. The stock finished up by 1.75 at $21.15, with volume at a 6-month high. Sealed Air broke out of a one-month range and set over an 11 1/2 month high.
