Terreno Realty Corp. (TRNO) Wednesday priced a public offering of 5 million shares of common stock at $16.60.
The company has granted underwriters, a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 750 thousand shares of common stock.
Net proceeds from the offering will be used for the repayment of debt, future acquisitions, general corporate purposes or a combination of the foregoing.
