ABB Ltd. posted fourth-quarter stand-alone net profit of Rs.16.77 crore, down from the Rs.64.12 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2011. Total income declined to Rs.2,085.10 crore from the Rs.2,226.92 crore in the corresponding quarter of the preceding year.
The company declared a dividend of Rs.3.00 per equity share of Rs.2 each for the fiscal year 2012.
ABB shares at the BSE shares are being traded at Rs.593.10, down 2.91 percent from the previous close.
