Oneok Partners L.P. (OKS) Monday reported fourth-quarter net income of $210.4 million or $0.66 per unit, compared to $298.6 million or $1.26 per unit last year.
On average, 16 analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to earn $0.62 per unit for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
Revenues for the quarter dropped to $2.92 billion from $3.14 billion last year. Analysts estimated revenues of $2.53 billion for the quarter.
Oneok Partners expects 2013 net income guidance of $790 million to $870 million, compared to its previous guidance of $935 million to $1.015 billion, announced on September 24, 2012.
