Shanda Games Ltd. (GAME) Monday reported fourth-quarter net income attributable to shareholders of 214.3 million Chinese yuan or $34.1 million, down from 304.3 million last year.
Earnings per American Depositary Share were 0.78 or $0.12, compared to 1.08 yuan last year.
Adjusted net income for the quarter was 249.4 million yuan or $39.7 million, down from 335.5 million yuan last year. Adjusted earnings per ADS were 0.92 yuan or $0.15, compared to 1.20 yuan last year.
Net revenues for the quarter were down to 1,081.7 million yuan or $172.1 million from 1,356.0 million yuan last year.
Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to earn $0.14 per share on revenues of $171.96 million for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
