Susser Petroleum Partners LP (SUSP) Wednesday reported a rise in profit for the fourth quarter, helped mainly by higher revenues. However, both earnings and revenues came in below analysts' estimates.
Net income attributable to the company increased to $8.58 million from $2.07 million last year. On a per share basis, earnings were $0.39.
On average, four analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to earn $0.41 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
Revenues totaled $1.01 billion, up from $968.82 million last year. Analysts expected revenues of $1.10 billion.
