Ladbrokes Plc (LAD.L) Friday said it has completed previously announced acquisition of TBH Limited of Global Betting Exchange Alderney Ltd., the operator of the Betdaq exchange business.
The company will also acquire a 10 percent stake in TBH Guernsey Ltd., the technology provider to GBEA, with a call option to acquire the remaining shares in TBHG after four years.
As part of the agreement, TBH has received approximately 6.95 million ordinary shares of Ladbrokes.
Dealings are expected to commence on March 4.
