Peabody Energy (BTU) Friday named Matt Brock President - Peabody COALTRADE. In this role, Brock will be responsible for global trading and brokerage activities spanning six continents as part of Peabody's COALTRADE business unit.
Brock will report to Christopher Hagedorn, President - Asia and Trading, and will be based in Singapore.
Brock has more than 18 years of extensive coal sales, commodity trading and transportation experience and most recently was global head of Coal and Freight at Gunvor SA.
