Weis Markets Inc. (WMK) reported fourth-quarter net income of $22.10 million or $0.83 per share, compared to $19.30 million or $0.72 per share for the year-ago quarter.
Net sales for the latest fourth quarter decreased 5.9% to $694.31 million from $737.78 million in the comparable quarter last year, while while comparable store sales decreased 7.0% for the same period.
