CommonWealth REIT Closes Common Share Public Offering For $627.6 Mln.

CommonWealth REIT (CWH) said Tuesday that it has closed its earlier announced equity offering of 34.5 million common shares.

CommonWealth said it received net proceeds, after the underwriting discount, of about $627.6 million from the offering.
