Realty Income Corp. (O) announced after the bell Tuesday that it commenced an underwritten public offering of 10,000,000 shares of common stock. The stock is now down 0.72 on 102K shares.
Realty Income posted gains in early trade Tuesday, but settled into a range for the majority of the session. Shares finished up by 0.52 at $46.62 and set a new high for the year.
