SolarCity Corp. (SCTY) reported a fourth quarter loss of $1.10 per share after the close Wednesday, compared to the profit of $0.24 per share last year. The consensus estimate was for a loss of $0.44. The stock is now down 1.49 on 45K shares.
SolarCity posted gains in early trade Wednesday and ended the session with a gain of 0.72 at $19.27. The stock closed challenging the upper end of a 3-week rang at the highs of the year.
