Clarkson Plc (CKN.L) Thursday reported full-year 2012 pre-tax profit of 23.3 million pounds, down from 35.4 million pounds last year.
Adjusted pre-tax profit for the year was 20.4 million pounds.
Profit attributable to equity holders of the parent declined to 16.2 million or 86.0 pence per share from 25.1 million pounds or 132.8 pence per share last year.
Adjusted earnings for the year was 14.3 million pounds or 75.8 pence per share.
Revenues totaled 176.2 million pounds, down from 194.6 million pounds last year.
