ACI Worldwide, Inc. (ACIW) Monday said it has completed the acquisition of Online Resources Corp. (ORCC), a leading provider of online banking and full service bill pay solutions, for an all-cash transaction of $3.85 per share.
The acquisition adds the new electronic bill payment solutions to ACI's universal payments portfolio, thereby strengthening the online banking capabilities.
