J. C. Penney (JCP) dipped slightly in early trade Tuesday, but has spiked to the upside in the last few minutes on increased volume. The stock is now up 0.25 at $15.30.
J. C. Penney is attempting to rebound from the lows of the year and has set a 1-week high.
