HeartWare International Inc. (HTWR) announced that it has priced public offering of 1.5 million shares of common stock at $86.45 per share.
The company granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 225,000 shares to cover over-allotments, if any.
HeartWare intends to use net proceeds from the offering for working capital and general corporate purposes.
