SGL Carbon SE (SGLFF.PK) a company that produces and sells carbon and graphite products, Wednesday said it is proposing to elect entrepreneur Susanne Klatten as its new chairwoman during the constitutive meeting of the Supervisory Board following the company's next Annual General Meeting on April 30. She is expected to take over from Max Kley, whose term ends at this year's AGM.
The company added that Susanne Klatten has been a member of the Supervisory Board since 2009 and that her investment company SKion holds around 28 percent of the shares in SGL Carbon.
