Trulia, Inc. (TRLA) announced the pricing of follow-on public offering of 6.21 million shares of common stock at $29.75 per share.
Trulia is selling 3,500,000 shares of common stock and certain selling stockholders are selling 2,710,705 shares of common stock in the offering.
Trulia and certain of selling stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to buy 932 thousand additional shares at public offering price. Out of this, 525 thousand would be offered by Trulia and 407 thousand of which would be offered by certain selling stockholders.
