Hibbett Sports Inc. (HIBB) reported fourth quarter net income of $0.73 per share after the bell Thursday, up from $0.59 per share last year. The consensus estimate was for EPS of $0.71. The company expects to report full year 2014 EPS of $2.85 to $3.05, compared to the consensus estimate of $3.02.
Hibbett Sports gapped open higher Friday and is now up 2.39 at $56.02. The stock has risen to nearly a 5-month high and has re-crossed its 200-day moving average.
