j2 Global, Inc. (JCOM) announced is has acquired MetroFax, Inc., the Bellevue, Washington provider of Internet faxing services and advanced features. Terms of the acquisitions were not disclosed.
j2 Global does not expect the acquisition to have a material financial impact to the company.
