Liberty Property Sells Philadelphia Property To Cole Real Estate For $74.7 Mln

Liberty Property Trust (LRY) Wednesday said it sold a property in Philadelphia to an affiliate of Cole Real Estate Investments for $74.7 million.

The 441,000 square foot facility located at 8800 Tinicum Boulevard in Philadelphia is occupied by PNC Bank.
