Lennar Corp. (LEN) reported first quarter EPS of $0.26 Wednesday morning, up from $0.08 in the prior year period. The consensus estimate was for EPS of $0.15.
Lennar climbed for the majority of the morning Wednesday and ended the session higher by 1.98 at $43.40, with volume at a 2-month high. The stock rose past resistance and set a new high for the year.
