Lazard Capital downgraded its rating on shares of Check Point Software Technologies (CHKP) Monday morning to "Neutral" from "Buy."

Check Point Software Technologies gapped open slightly lower Monday and declined until midday. Shares finished down by 1.72 at $47.17 on above average volume. The stock dropped to a 2-month low and fell below its 200-day moving average.
