Heineken N.V. (HINKY.PK) Tuesday announced pricing of 8-year notes for a principal amount of 500 million euros with a coupon of 2.0 percent.
The notes will be issued under the Company's Euro Medium Term Note Programme and will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
The company intends to use the proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.
