Wedbush increased its price target on shares of Endocyte Inc. (ECYT) Wednesday morning to $20 per share, from $16 per share.
Endocyte climbed throughout the first half of Wednesday's session and finished up by 1.20 at $11.95, with volume at a 9-month high. The stock surged past resistance and set a new high for the year.
