Verint Systems Inc. (VRNT) reported fourth quarter non-GAAP EPS of $0.91 after the bell Wednesday, up from $0.75 a year ago. The consensus estimate was for EPS of $0.75.
Verint Systems gapped open sharply higher Thursday, but traded in a narrow range throughout the session. The stock closed up by 1.72 at $36.55, with volume at over a 2-month high. Verint Systems broke out of a 2 1/2 month range and set a new high for the year.
