China Shengda Packaging Group Inc. (CPGI) reported net income for the full year 2012 of $5.6 million or $0.14 per share, compared to $9.6 million or $0.25 per share for the full year 2011.
Revenues for the full year 2012 increased 1.1% to $125.3 million from $124.0 million in 2011.
