LookSmart Ltd. (LOOK), Monday reported fourth-quarter net loss of $3.9 million or $0.23 per share, wider than $1.8 million or $0.11 per share last year.
Net loss for the recent fourth quarter included an expense for impairment of operating assets of $2.3 million.
Adjusted net loss for the fourth quarter was $1.5 million compared to $1.7 million last year.
Revenues for the fourth quarter were $4.2 million, down 20.7 percent from $5.3 million reported last year.
Gross margin decreased to 28 percent from 45 percent last year.
