White Mountains Solutions Holding Company, a subsidiary of White Mountains Insurance Group Ltd. (WTM), on Monday said it has completed the acquisition of American Fuji Fire and Marine Insurance Company, a small runoff subsidiary of American International Group Inc., after the receipt of all regulatory approvals.
