Gas Natural Inc. (EGAS) reported net income for the full year 2012 of $3.7 million or $0.46 per share, compared to $5.4 million or $0.66 per share for the full year 2011.
Total revenue for the full year 2012 fell to $93.82 million from $99.22 million in 2011.
