Freddie Mac Prices $3 Bln Seven-Year Reference Notes Security

Freddie Mac (FMCC.OB) announced it priced new 1.375% seven-year USD Reference Notes security due on May 1, 2020. The issue was priced at 99.43 to yield 1.46%, or 22.5 basis points more than seven-year U.S. Treasury Notes. The issue will settle on April 4.

The new seven-year Reference Notes security was offered via a syndicate of dealers headed by Barclays Capital, Citigroup Global Markets, and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc.
