Business services provider UBM plc (UBM.L) Tuesday said it has completed the bulk of the sale of businesses that comprised its Data Services businesses to Electra Partners.
The company further said sale of the remaining Delta businesses will occur as certain additional regulatory and other conditions are satisfied.
