Croatia's domestic producer price inflation slowed for the third successive month in March, data released by the Croatian Bureau of Statistics showed Wednesday.
The producer price index for the domestic market increased 3.2 percent on an annual basis in March, slower than the 3.7 percent gain seen in February. The rate of growth has eased for the third month in a row.
Manufacturing prices rose 0.9 percent annually, while mining and quarrying prices decreased by 5.8 percent, the agency said.
On a monthly basis, the producer price index stayed unchanged in March, after rising 0.4 percent in the previous month, data showed.
At the same time, the producer price index for all markets increased 1.6 percent year-on-year in March. Sequentially, the index edged down 0.1 percent. Meanwhile, prices in the non-domestic market dropped 1.1 percent year-on-year, and slid 0.3 percent compared to February.
