JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. (JKS) reported a fourth-quarter net loss attributable to shareholders of RMB 761.1 million, compared to loss of RMB 366.6 million prior year. Loss per share was RMB 8.58, compared to a loss per share of RMB 4.06 in the fourth quarter of 2011. Loss per American depositary share was RMB 34.32 compared to a loss of RMB 16.24 in the fourth quarter of 2011.
Non-GAAP net loss attributable to shareholders was RMB 699.5 million compared to a loss of RMB 370.8 million prior year. Adjusted loss per share was RMB 7.88. Adjusted loss per ADS was RMB 31.52 in the fourth quarter of 2012.
Total revenues were RMB 1.17 billion, representing a decrease of 2.6% from the fourth quarter of 2011. Gross margin was positive 3.8%, compared to a negative 4.4% in the fourth quarter of 2011. Total operating expenses in the fourth quarter of 2012 increased 194.8% from prior year.
