Frontier Communications Corp. (FTR) Wednesday said it has extended the early tender deadline from April 9 to April 11, with respect to its previously announced cash tender offer to purchase up to $225.0 million aggregate principal amount of its 8.250 percent senior notes due 2017.
The company is not extending the withdrawal deadline with respect to the offer for the notes, which occurred on April 9.
Accordingly, previously tendered 2017 notes and 2017 notes tendered after the withdrawal deadline and prior to the expiration of the offer may not be withdrawn.
As previously said, the offer is scheduled to expire on April 24, unless extended or terminated.
