International Data Corp. released a report Wednesday which showed that personal computer sales dropped by 14 percent during the first 3 months of the year. The decline was the largest recorded.
Hewlett-Packard (HPQ) held its position as the largest global PC supplier, despite a 24 percent decline in sales during the quarter. The stock is now down 0.39 on 103K shares after the bell.
Hewlett-Packard traded in a narrow range for the majority of Wednesday's session and closed up by 0.10 at $22.32.
