ChemoCentryx Inc. (CCXI) announced after the close Monday that it commenced an underwritten public offering of $60 million of its common stock. The stock is now down 0.55 on 31K shares.
ChemoCentryx gapped open slightly lower Monday, but traded in a range throughout the session. The stock closed down by 0.33 at $13.58.
