Producer prices in South Korea were down 0.4 percent on month in March, the Bank of Korea said on Wednesday. That follows the 0.7 percent gain in February.
By sub-indices, prices for agricultural, forestry and marine products were down 3.8 percent, while manufacturing industry products were down 0.6 percent and services added 0.2 percent.
On a yearly basis, producer prices fell 2.4 percent, accelerating from the 1.6 percent contraction in the previous month.
