j2 Global, Inc. (JCOM) said Wednesday that it has acquired Backup Connect BV, an online backup provider based in The Netherlands.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed and the financial impact to j2 is not expected to be material.
With the acquisition, j2 now has customer bases and prospects serviced by local sales, support and online backup infrastructures in the US, UK, Ireland, New Zealand and The Netherlands.
