Horizon Bancorp (HBNC) Thursday said its Board of Directors have appointed Craig Dwight as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Dwight replaces Robert Dabagia, who is retiring on June 30.
Dwight presently serves as CEO of Horizon Bancorp, prior to which he was Chairman and CEO of the company's wholly owned subsidiary, Horizon Bank.
